Game Gear CleanAmp Pro Duo STEREO by RetroSix

The CleanAmp Pro replaces the Sega Game Gear’s OEM audio board with a modern, efficient, and loud Class-D amplifier, increasing the volume by over 200%. During development, special emphasis was placed on sound quality—richer bass and more nuanced treble make sounds audible that were previously lost through the original OEM speaker. The kit includes everything you need to get started right away!

The CleanAmp amplifier board can be operated as either a mono or a stereo board.

Features

• Connect one speaker for mono sound (Game Gear standard)

Tips

• The Game Gear mainboard should always be equipped with new capacitors at the start (recapping)
• The amplifier can be installed without soldering; however, to use the full volume, it is necessary to solder a cable connection (see instructions)
