With the CleanJuice USB-C battery pack, you can give your Game Boy Classic a battery mod with 9.25 watts of power! The battery can be charged with any conventional USB charger via USB-C, the battery life increases 5-fold compared to conventional AA batteries (~2 watts).

Tips

• The battery mod fits both original OEM shells and third-party shells. For shells with a larger battery compartment, a base may be required.
• In order for the CleanJuice board to make contact, only the two contacts on the top left and right of the Game Boy mainboard are required. The remaining 3 contacts in the shell should be removed before installation
• It is best to combine directly with a suitable battery cover with USB-C opening!
• The color of the board changes depending on the current revision

LED display

• The green LED (PG) lights up when the CleanJuice is supplied with power via UCB-C
• The blue LED (CHRG) lights up when the battery is charging
• The blue LED lights up as soon as the battery has reached its full capacity
